Monday morning starts bright and early with parents dropping off 6th graders and luggage starting about 7:15. After morning announcements and Period 1 we will be boarding buses for an exciting ride to Colebrook and Nature's Classroom.

On Monday morning, I was so excited that we were going to Nature's Classroom, but when I found out that I was in the Senior Cabin with two of my best friends, Heather and Rebecca, the excitment turned into a whirl of happiness jumbled up inside me and made me want to scream! After the bus ride was over and we pulled up to NC, there were oohs and aahs from everyone because we were finally there! Erin R.

On Monday morning, I was a little nervous about going to Nature's Classroom, but I knew I was going to be having so much fun with all my friends. Then after Period 1 we went to the cafeteria and everyone wanted to talk to all their friends to see what cabin they were in. A lot of my friends were in the Senior Cabbon with me. When the teachers in the cafeteria started to dismiss some of the busses, I took a deep breath, and when my bus was called, walked out the door and headed to Natures Classroom.

Monday morning felt like it was yesterday. As I was ready to get off the bus, one of the NC teachers (Rockstar) boarded our bus and started to talk a little. I was nervous, but since I've been to a sleepaway camp before, I wasn't as scared. Luckily, most of my friends were with me!!

On Monday morning, I was really nervous about going to natures classroom, and staying away from my parents for a whole week.
When we got there we played the evolution game and it was awesome. After that I was greeted by Bobcat,who turned out to be my favorite N.C. teacher. When we got to the cabin, I was surprised how big it was and how many of my friends were there. I had a lot of fun.

Monday felt like a normal school day except I need to leave the house earlier. As we arrived to the camp everyone was screaming. We were all excited. The first things we did were meet the conslers, play a evolution game, and see our cabins. For the first day it was pretty exciting.

On Monday, I was excited to go to Nature's classroom. I could'nt wait to find out who was in my cabin. I went to my homeroom and Mrs. Rado gave me an index card that had all the information i needed for nature's classroom. I was in cabin 8, my feild group number was 1 and my table number was 11. Almost all of my friends were in my cabin. The food was phenominal.
"Wow!" was the first idea that popped in my head! When we first arrived, I was dazzled. Everything was beautiful! The leaves were brightly colored, and the cabins were awsome! We started off by playing a fun game called "Evolution". This is when you must find someone the same species and defeat them in rock, paper, scissors. Then you either become an egg, loser, or become a higher species, winner. Anyway, when I arrived at my cabin, I knew I was going to enjoy myself. Most of my friends were in it! Nature's Classroom, so far, was a blast!

I was amazed when I had seen the camp. I thought at first it would be smaller, but the camp was huge! When I had gotten to my cabin, I had seen a few friends in my cabin, like Antonio and Ross. I could not wait until tomorrow!
